Baking Academy - One-Off Class!! !!
We are so excited to offer a Pumpkin Spice Trifle Baking Class on Nov. 30, 2026 with the amazing Colleen Castro of Mumm's Cakery, El Segundo's most delicious and tempting business!
Participants will work cohesively in groups to make pumpkin cake and trifle filling and then will independently layer and craft their own trifle to bring home to enjoy. They will also learn proper food handling and how to maintain kitchen cleanliness.
Please note that this class meets only once, on Nov. 30th.
