Baking Academy - One-Off Class!! !!
We are so excited to offer a Fruit Galette Baking Class on Dec. 14, 2026 with the amazing Colleen Castro of Mumm's Cakery, El Segundo's most delicious and tempting business!
Fruit Galette: a rustic take on a traditional holiday fruit pie! Each student will assemble and bake a fruit galette to bring home as well as work cohesively in groups to make additional pie dough that can be brought home and used for an additional galette. Participants will also learn proper food handling and how to maintain kitchen cleanliness.
Please note that this class meets only once, on Dec. 14th.
