Description

New Class!! Baking Academy!!

We are so excited to offer a baking class this fall with the amazing Colleen Castro of Mumm's Cakery, El Segundo's most delicious and tempting business!

 

Participants will will prep and prepare every goodie, as well as learn proper food handling and how to maintain kitchen cleanliness.

 

Please note that class meets five (5) times on the Mondays below.

 

DETAILS:

Baking Academy at ESMS
Grades: 6th-8th
Location: ESMS kitchen
Time: 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm (2hrs/class)
Dates: Mondays on the following dates

September 28: Cupcake decorating
October 12: Cake decorating
October 19: Sugar Cookies
October 26: Spooky treats
November 2: Pie Extravaganza

Please note that there is no class on Oct 5! 

All supplies are included in the registration cost.
