Cooking Academy - Grades 6-8

Summer Cooking Academy is an exciting class that will encourage the love of cooking in your student. This class is 100% interactive as students will prep and prepare every dish. Each day features exciting recipes from around the world which are representative of different countries, nationalities and cultures. Additional activities may include food art, cake decorating, and fun kitchen experiments. A highlight of each week is a team cook-off, "Top-Chef" style, where students will design and prepare original recipes to be judged by independent judges. This is a very popular camp, with limited enrollment, so book now to avoid disappointment!

Please note days of the week and the times the camp runs each week as they vary!

This camp is different each week, so you can sign up for multiple weeks! Please enroll your student in the grade they will be in the fall.

All cooking supplies are included in the registration cost.

Our camps are taught by ESUSD personnel so your enrollment supports local staff and volunteers who work hard for your schools. All profits go directly back to ESUSD through the grant Ed! pays to the district. Our program is a win on so many levels! SUPPORT THE CAMP THAT SUPPORTS YOUR SCHOOL!
