Tide Pool Strings
These beginning violin and cello ensembles are for students in 2nd-5th grades who have little or no prior playing experience! Students will study with qualified music instructors to learn to play by ear, read music and practice at home in order to build the fundamental skills needed for string playing. A display of all the students' hard work will be showcased at our concert at the end of each semester! Concert date: Thursday, Jan. 16th @ 6PM in the ESHS Auditorium. There will be a dress rehearsal on Tuesday, Jan. 14th from 3:00 to 6:00 pm.
Seaside Strings classes run Tuesday at CSS and Thursdays at RSS, so students can enroll either day or even both days! Students who attend school outside the district may participate.
Classes do not meet when school is not in session (Oct. 3rd, Thanksgiving and winter break).
To pay for a rental violin, please add that to your cart with this registration!
